Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Fresh Produce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on fresh produce and high-quality products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the grocery or food industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
