Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated experience in crisis management, incident response, or emergency preparedness, ideally within a corporate setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, prioritize tasks, and devise strategic solutions. Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks related to crisis management, such as ISO 22301 or ISO 22361. Knowledge or prior experience in operational resilience, IT infrastructure, and IT & Cyber Security is advantageous. Understanding of the operational risk profile and business model of Deutsche Börse Group (DBG). Proficiency in English is required (German proficiency is preferred).
