Senior UX Researcher

Sennheiser is seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our product development process, you will be responsible for uncovering customer needs, integrating insights into development, and ensuring emerging solutions align with customer benefits.
Your Responsibilities- Support product teams in systematically and validly uncovering customer needs and integrating insights into the development process.
- Collaborate with Customer Insights & Market Strategy to identify needs for complex and cross-functional UX issues, steer research activities, and enable data-driven strategic decisions and forecasts.
- Contribute to building structures and processes for efficient and scalable UX Research within the organization, including establishing and maintaining a Research Repository, connecting existing data sources, moderating the UX Research Community, and developing a pool of participants and associated processes.
- Develop guides and templates, and provide training in UX fundamentals, mindset, and methods to empower project teams to execute operational user research.
- Hold a degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, User Experience, Service Design, or similar fields with a focus on data collection and analysis.
- Have several years of professional experience in independently applying qualitative and quantitative methods in UX Research, encompassing classical UX Research and addressing complex questions through statistical analysis or data triangulation.
- Have encountered a broad range of user contexts (e.g., B2B, B2C, Hardware, Software) and worked in agile development teams.
- Understand key metrics needed for decision-making and know how to present and communicate insights in a way that seamlessly integrates them into the product development process.
- Be a curious and empathetic individual, passionate about UX Research, capable of inspiring others with your enthusiasm, and adept at easily conveying complex methods.
- Be able to independently conduct User Research in both English and German.
