At Webasto, we're passionate about making mobility a sensory experience. Our Business Unit 'Roof & Components (RC)' develops and produces roof systems for every vehicle type and autonomous driving. If you're tech-savvy and enthusiastic about product innovation, you'll love shaping our success story with your expertise and passion.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead international (partial) projects in the Total Rewards area, such as Pay for Performance
- Implement global compensation strategies, including analyzing internal and external compensation data and participating in compensation surveys
- Develop, implement, and govern global Total Rewards processes, systems, and tools
- Conduct position evaluations within the global job grading framework
- Design and govern global guidelines in collaboration with other departments
- Work closely with the HR department and regional Total Rewards representatives
What You Bring
- Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in Total Rewards, preferably in a global environment
- Deep understanding of compensation topics and data analysis
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, particularly in project management
- Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and fluent English skills in writing and speaking
