About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Process Transformation Specialist to join our team at TÜV SÜD. As a key member of our Process Area Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation initiatives across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis and assessments of current digital processes, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), success metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice on digital process improvement and optimization, including the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques.
  • Support the conceptualization and implementation of process area service initiatives globally, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of reference and demand creation strategies for process area consulting services, in collaboration with the Process Area Consulting Lead.
  • Collaborate with our AI innovation consultant to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing business operations.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business administration, information technology, or computer science, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least five years of proven experience in digital process consulting, with a track record of successful process optimization and automation.
  • Excellent knowledge of process consulting concepts and methods, proven practices, and leading technology solutions in general and for the respective process domain in particular.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and business process management.
  • Certifications in relevant digital process management tools and methods are desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and German.
