Job Title: Proposal Manager

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Manager to oversee our offer processes for potential new clients and existing customers, transforming proposals into compelling sales documents. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating different stages of the proposal process, utilizing your communication and project management skills to enhance the quality and success of our offers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the management of the offer processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of proposals
  • Preparing proposal documents and assisting in the creation of offers, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
  • Editorial activities, including content development and review, to ensure our quality standards for proposals are met
  • Maintaining and documenting systems for proposal generation, optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless proposal development and delivery

Your Skills:

  • Completed degree in business or technical field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices
  • Experience in bid management, project management, or sales support, with a proven track record of success
  • Attention to detail and quality awareness, with a focus on delivering high-quality proposals
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
  • Proficiency in MS-Office suite, with a strong understanding of proposal development tools and technologies
