Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for Civil Engineering to join our team at SOCOTEC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations, with the ability to apply this expertise to complex projects.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring the company's reputation and interests are protected.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards, adhering to relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in CAD software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
