Aerospace Training Specialist

At GULP – experts united, we're seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team. As a leading supplier in the aerospace industry, we're committed to delivering high-quality solutions for our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design engaging training materials and presentations to enhance the knowledge of our team members.
  • Prepare and conduct hands-on training sessions on EASA regulations, Airbus 80-T, drawing reading, air law, and process changes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the training and implement retraining or corrective actions as needed to ensure the quality of the training content.
  • Support the selection and supervision of trainees in the field of aircraft mechanics production engineering.
  • Ensure the sustainability of further training measures through regular controlling.
  • Maintain and utilize the CBT tool to support the training processes.

Requirements:

  • Completed training as an aircraft mechanic in production engineering or comparable IHK metal training with relevant experience in aircraft structural engineering.
  • Master craftsman training, e.g., as an industrial foreman in metal or aviation technology.
  • Several years of experience as a trainer or mentor in the technical field.
  • Sound didactic and pedagogical skills, ideally proven by a trainer license or an instructor aptitude test.
  • Good knowledge of aviation legislation and human factors.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
