Lighting Team Leader

Job Requirements
Your Profile
- Master's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or related fields
- Foundational knowledge in technical aspects of exterior automotive lighting, including light and heat technology, tools, production, LED modules, ECUs, leveling systems, headlamp cleaning systems, and homologation
- Proficient in CAD software, particularly CATIA V5
- Experience as a team leader or technical project manager
- Familiarity with VW group tools and operational rules
- Knowledge of vehicle development processes and experience
- Excellent MS Office skills, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Availability for business trips
- English is mandatory; German and Italian are desirable
