Lighting Team Leader

Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lighting Team Leader to join our team at Teoresi Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our exterior automotive lighting team and driving technical excellence in our products.
Your Profile
- Hold a degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related field.
- Have a strong foundation in technical knowledge, particularly in exterior automotive lighting, including light and heat technology, tools, and production.
- Be proficient in CAD software, specifically CATIA V5.
- Have experience as a team leader or technical project manager.
- Be familiar with VW group tools and operational rules.
- Have knowledge of vehicle development processes and experience in this area.
- Be highly skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Be open to business trips and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with German and Italian being a plus.
