Lead Principal Engineer System Power and SoC Implementation

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to take on the role of Power Methodology Lead in our cross-functional and multi-site organization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all power-related topics in the area of RTL2GDS, package, DFT, and beyond, ensuring state-of-the-art implementation methods that lead to optimal power consumption.
- Take ownership of power flow and methodology topics in cross-functional multi-site projects, delivering on time and within budget.
- Adapt a shift-left approach and identify power reduction opportunities from system level, concept, architecture, design, and implementation.
- Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and translate product requirements into a best-in-class design and implementation flow.
- Understand next-generation project demands for power and define a roadmap for upcoming methodology and flow enhancements.
- Act as the first point of contact for all power-related topics for system, architecture, design, and implementation.
- Develop strategy and create automation for new tool qualifications and component testing to provide the latest features to Infineon users.
- Dive deep into complex problems and proactively analyze and solve problems of high complexity using your global expert network.
- Stay up-to-date and act on emerging trends and technologies, maintaining relations with universities for innovation.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience.
- Experience in the digital flow and methodology and strong power know-how, plus knowledge about the EDA landscape (software vendors).
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude to collect requirements from users and identify needs, collaborate, and be accountable.
- Experience with conflict resolution, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and multitask effectively.
- Proven ability to communicate and present complex topics in a tangible way to technical audiences and management.
- Experience in technical leading multicultural teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills are a must, German language is a plus.
