Job Description

We are seeking a talented Product Manager/Product Owner to join our European team within the Home & Distribution division. As a Product Manager/Product Owner, you will drive value creation, act as the bridge between market needs and R&D, and champion the voice of the customer for our wiring devices portfolio for selected European zones.

Your Impact
  • Define Product Vision and Goals: Align product vision and goals with our business strategy and translate Voice-of-Customer into valuable insights.
  • Prioritize Product Backlog: Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to prioritize our product backlog.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Gather requirements and provide clear updates on product vision and progress to engage with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Development Team: Ensure a clear understanding of requirements and provide guidance throughout the development process to collaborate with our development team.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in our product backlog and development process based on feedback and metrics.
  • Build Collaborative Environment: Build a collaborative environment through effective leadership.

Your Profile
  • Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration: Hold a degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Product or Project Development Experience: Have several years of product or project development experience.
  • Presentation and Leadership Skills: Present to Customers and Leaders and have the ability to say 'No' when required.
  • Team Leadership Experience: Proven track record in building and leading teams in a matrix environment.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Agile Framework Knowledge: Knowledge of agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management principles.
  • Fluent in English: Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking); German language skills are a plus.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.
