(Senior) Lead Consultant - Cyber Security for Operational Technology and IoT

Collaborate with our esteemed clients to defend against cyber threats such as hacking, fraud, and data breaches, while developing proactive measures to mitigate cyber risks.

Your Responsibilities
If cyber security is your forte and consulting on OT/IoT is your focus, consider contributing to our team:

  • Identify, Resolve, Maintain: You will detect cyber threats, analyze, plan, design, implement, and monitor defenses against cyber risks for our clients in the operational technology and IoT sectors.
  • Process Consulting: Conduct assessments and penetration tests for operational technology and IoT devices. Additionally, you will formulate cyber security strategies that incorporate digital trends and innovative security solutions (e.g., Smart Factory, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Zero Trust, 5G, Security by Design, IT/OT Convergence).
  • Project Leadership: Act as the primary contact for our clients, support our business area as a project and team leader, and represent the outcomes of the team’s efforts.
  • Impact: Leverage your expertise to enhance our cyber security consulting solutions, actively participate in the growth of our business area through acquiring new clients and nurturing existing client relationships.
Your Profile
  • Completed Degree: A degree in (Business) Informatics, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: Several years of pertinent professional experience in IT/OT security or IT/OT security management within a reputable consulting firm or an industrial organization.
  • Knowledge and Expertise: Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations (ISO/IEC 27001) and experience in defining and implementing security processes and architectures focused on IT, OT, or IoT security. Additionally, you possess knowledge of security-related technologies and solutions such as security monitoring, backup and restore, and vulnerability management.
  • Motivation and Skills: High motivation, results-oriented approach, accountability, teamwork, client focus, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (C1 level) and proficient in English, with a willingness to travel.
