We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Sales Representative to join our team. As a Scientific Sales Representative, you will be responsible for convincing our customers of the value and benefits of our products and services for their patients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Convince customers of the value and benefits of our products and services through scientific and communication skills using all available communication channels.
  • Carry out independent and regular market and potential analyses for the purpose of deriving and implementing targeted regional sales strategies.
  • Identify opportunities in the market and further develop network structures in the region.
  • Recognize and prioritize needs and gaps in care on the part of practitioners and patients along the course of therapy and develop strategy and action plans as part of stakeholder management.
  • Monitor the market closely and proactively prepare reports on market-relevant information relating to competition and healthcare policy.
  • Organize information events.

**Requirements**

  • Completed studies in a natural science, pharmacy, medicine or business administration / health economics, desirable as well as recognition according to § 75 para. 3 as a pharmaceutical consultant.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage, ideally in the field of neuroscience / psychiatry.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare policy and the healthcare landscape.
  • Pioneering spirit, willingness to learn, digital affinity and positive attitude to work with digital management tools.
  • High willingness to cooperate and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Very good communication and rhetorical skills.
  • Deep customer orientation and very strong networking skills.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Driving license class B, residence in the sales area an advantage.
  • Willingness to participate in events and congresses.
