**The Global Interconnection Academy**

We have launched a pioneering collaboration with Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) to set a new standard for excellence in interconnection education. The Academy provides professionals with comprehensive technical, operational, and business knowledge, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the fast-paced world of interconnection.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated **Manager Global Interconnection Academy** to shape and develop the further growth of the Global Interconnection Academy. The successful candidate will manage and expand our community of Interconnection experts, stakeholders from the industry, and content providers for our Expert trainings on the functions of the Internet.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for the success of our Academy and to market out trainings and certification programs worldwide.
  • Foster your network to manage and expand our community of Interconnection experts, stakeholders from the industry, and content providers.

**Requirements**

  • At least five years of experience in the interconnection industry (Sales or Marketing), ideally in combination with initial exposure to the academic world as a networking pro and speaker or even as a manager of a comparable academy.
  • Excellent communication skills in at least two languages (English and Spanish), negotiation skills, and the talent to lead different stakeholders to joint success.
  • The ability to bring to market complex technical contexts for a broad audience and a strong passion for innovative digital educational offerings.
