The Market Operations and Development team plays a crucial role in the entire development process, from identifying new markets to scaling existing ones. If you have a deep understanding of one of our target markets and possess business knowledge gained through hands-on experience in e-commerce or fashion, you would be a great fit for our team.
As an Operations Manager Czechia, you will be responsible for translating various texts and supporting the team with their projects. This will provide valuable insights into the development of Czech-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate various texts from German and English into Czech, including sales campaigns, newsletters, push notifications, fashion content, and marketing materials.
- Localize translated texts for the Czech audience.
- Monitor competitors, tracking sales campaigns, collaborations with celebrities and influencers, newsletter and push notifications strategy, and services.
- Ensure quality assurance, including scripted and exploratory bug testing of the app, desktop, and mobile shops.
- Manage daily operations and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market analyses and development.
Requirements
- Experience in linguistics, culture, or similar fields would be an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Native speaker competence in Czech (oral and written).
- Fluency in English and basic German (oral and written).
