Key Responsibilities- Program Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive construction program to ensure that projects are delivered consistently and efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership
- Lead a team of project managers and construction professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.
- Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure that projects are meeting the required quality standards.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on program management and team leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
