Retail Store Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at ONLY Stores. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
**Key Responsibilities:**- **Coordinate Daily Operations:** Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- **Train and Develop Team Members:** Provide guidance, support, and training to staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- **Implement Merchandising Guidelines:** Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
- **Plan Shop Activities:** Organize and execute in-store events, promotions, and activities to attract and retain customers.
- **Manage Staffing Efficiently:** Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates and other store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- **Conduct Shop Analysis:** Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- **Drive Sales Performance:** Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- **Completed Commercial Training:** A degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- **Experience in Textile Retail Management:** A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the textile industry.
- **Strong Numerical and Business Acumen:** Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- **Leadership Skills and Social Competence:** Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- **Interest in Fashion and Trends:** A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion developments.
- **Team Player with Excellent Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
- **Familiar with Microsoft Office:** Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
