The Growth TeamWe're a team on a mission to provide frictionless first access to Trade Republic across multiple markets, activating customers to start their wealth creation journey.
Job DescriptionWe're looking for a skilled Growth Analytics Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Growth team, you'll work on analysis and dashboards that will help us measure success, understand issues, and make data-driven decisions.
- Partner with onboarding, incentives, and marketing leaders to help them understand the effectiveness of our actions and make data-driven decisions.
- Define and implement proper measures for success for these teams and enable them to monitor these metrics consistently via dashboards in Looker.
- Proactively create insights that uncover new product and marketing opportunities and help the product teams in setting up and analyzing A/B tests.
- Break down complex situations into simple and understandable stories to make data insights accessible to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and deep dives to answer business questions in marketing and growth.
- Build and maintain pipelines for data ingestion and transformation in collaboration with engineering teams to support your analytics tools.
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in data analytics, data pipelines, and hypothesis testing. You should have a strong business sense, prioritization skills, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in SQL and Python is a must, and experience with Snowflake, AWS, Airflow, and DBT is a plus.
