About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our Data team at LucaNet. As an Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our data analytics capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data quality management programs to ensure accurate and reliable data across the organization
  • Support People, Organization & Legal leaders in the development and implementation of corporate and HR strategies through effective use of data analytics
  • Provide data analyst services to the People function, including training and support for departmental and distributed end-users
  • Design and deliver robust ad-hoc reports, data models, and deep dive analysis to provide clear observations and insights for business leaders
  • Assist with a wide range of analytical tasks and projects supporting other departments
  • Collaborate with IT and Data teams to develop policies and procedures for data access, analysis, and visualization

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in data modeling, optimization, and application to business strategies
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Cloud AWS, Tableau, and other data analytics tools
  • Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus
  • First-hand experience in integrating complex, inter-departmental processes and information strategies, and/or designing strategic metrics and scorecards
  • Expert MS Excel skills and experience with PowerBI or Tableau
  • Fluent English, German is an advantage
