Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused IT-Support Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team at ITCOS GmbH. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions and improve customer satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues for future reference
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as common software applications
