Head of Plant Engineering and Primary Technology
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Fachmann für die Leitung unserer Anlagen- und Primärtechnik-Abteilung. Als Head of Plant Engineering and Primary Technology sind Sie verantwortlich für die strategische Ausrichtung und die operative Umsetzung unserer Asset-Strategie.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Entwicklung von technischen Konzepten und Richtlinien für die Projektierung, Errichtung, den Betrieb und die Instandhaltung von Anlagen und Primärtechnik
- Formulierung der Asset-Strategie und Festlegung von Erneuerungs- und Ertüchtigungsmaßnahmen
- Strategische, technische und organisatorische Ausrichtung der Themen innerhalb des Bereichs Asset Management
- Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern
- Disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung und Motivation des Teams
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einer elektro- bzw. energietechnischen Fachrichtung oder gleichwertig
- Sehr ausgeprägtes Interesse an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Methoden
- Organisations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse hinsichtlich des Aufbaus und der Eigenschaften primärtechnischer Assets im Übertragungsnetz
- Sehr gute deutsche und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
- 37 Stunden pro Woche ( Vollzeit)
