Position Overview

The Ziegert Group is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Financing Specialist to enhance our financing strategies and optimize our financial structures for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analyses on financing matters to refine and enhance our financing frameworks at both the corporate and project-specific levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Investment, Development, Controlling, Treasury, and Legal, to align financing needs.
  • Negotiate and oversee financing arrangements for real estate initiatives.
  • Engage in asset management alongside Treasury colleagues, focusing on monitoring interest and amortization payments, extending interest terms, and optimizing credit collateral and ratings.
  • Build and sustain a network of financing partnerships to support our objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations for financing partners and senior management.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a completed university degree, ideally with a concentration in Finance.
  • Have several years of experience in the financial sector, particularly in areas such as Funds, DCM, M&A, or Private Equity, with a preference for experience in commercial real estate financing.
  • Exhibit an analytical, organized, and efficient work approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, confidence, professionalism, and a customer-focused, results-oriented mindset, along with negotiation capabilities.
  • Balance teamwork with the ability to work independently.
  • Show enthusiasm, commitment, and a desire for continuous professional growth.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
