As a Real Estate Financing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the financing framework for our projects and the organization as a whole. Your expertise will guide our financial strategies and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses on financing matters to refine and improve our financial structures.
- Collaborate with various internal departments such as Investment, Development, Controlling, Treasury, and Legal to align financing needs.
- Lead negotiations and oversee financing arrangements for real estate initiatives.
- Engage in asset management alongside Treasury colleagues, ensuring effective monitoring of interest and amortization payments, as well as optimizing credit collateral and ratings.
- Establish and nurture a network of financing partnerships to support our business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for financing partners and senior management to communicate strategies and outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- A completed university degree, ideally with a specialization in Finance.
- Extensive experience in the financial sector, including areas such as Funds, DCM, M&A, or Private Equity, with a focus on commercial real estate financing.
- A methodical, analytical approach to work, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating confidence and professionalism, along with a customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
- A blend of collaborative teamwork and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive attitude, commitment to personal growth, and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
