Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operations Manager, der Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung, Kontrolle und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Geschäftsabläufen in der Ambulanten Pflege übernimmt.

Als Ansprechpartner für unsere PDLs in den ambulanten Diensten ist er für die Sicherstellung wirtschaftlicher Betriebsführung verantwortlich, einschließlich effizienten Personalmanagements, Mitarbeit bei Recruiting und aktiver Kundenakquise.

Der Operations Manager unterstützt bei Sonderprojekten, wie z.B. bei Verhandlungen für Vergütungsvereinbarungen.

Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Ambulanten Pflege (Tourendienst) mit PDL-Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Pflege, wie z.B. Studiengang "Pflege und Gesundheitsmanagement", wünschenswert
  • Fundierte und qualifizierte Kenntnisse der Organisation der Ambulanten Pflege
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse einer Anwendersoftware für die Ambulante Pflege (z.B.: MediFox, SNAP etc.) sowie Microsoft 365
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Entscheidungsfreude, lösungsorientiertes Denken und wertschätzende Führung
  • Reisebereitschaft
