About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Germany. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be a crucial part of the global Customer Support & Operations team, providing localized support to our clients and assisting global customers when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the local, competent, and friendly face of the Customer Support & Operations team.
  • Work with customers, partners, and colleagues to understand reported issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Carefully collect and record documentation in the Logpoint Ticketing system.
  • Master the Logpoint system at the service level to investigate and analyze technical issues.
  • Master the Logpoint system at the infrastructure and OS level to identify system and resource issues.
  • Contribute to knowledge building, transfer, and usage in a Knowledge-Centered Service organization.
  • Lead regional escalation projects and high-profile customers from support perspective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing technical support role, technical consultancy, customer success or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with server and network administration and security, working with data center infrastructure technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux.
  • Programming and scripting knowledge would be a significant advantage.
  • Professional fluency in English and German to support clients globally and in your local region.
