Key Responsibilities- Be the local, competent, and friendly face of the Customer Support & Operations team.
- Work with customers, partners, and colleagues to understand reported issues and provide effective solutions.
- Carefully collect and record documentation in the Logpoint Ticketing system.
- Master the Logpoint system at the service level to investigate and analyze technical issues.
- Master the Logpoint system at the infrastructure and OS level to identify system and resource issues.
- Contribute to knowledge building, transfer, and usage in a Knowledge-Centered Service organization.
- Lead regional escalation projects and high-profile customers from support perspective.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing technical support role, technical consultancy, customer success or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with server and network administration and security, working with data center infrastructure technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Linux.
- Programming and scripting knowledge would be a significant advantage.
- Professional fluency in English and German to support clients globally and in your local region.
