Your Responsibilities /

As a Lead Business Analyst (m/w/d), you will maintain close relationships with clients and assess the economic and financial development of businesses to independently make credit decisions. Your Contribution to Success as a Member of the Credit Team:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with our major clients while monitoring their financial and economic progress.
  • Conduct risk assessments for existing clients and evaluate new inquiries based on financial metrics. Typical tasks include:
    • Preparing credit line decisions with a focus on risk evaluation,
    • Facilitating discussions with clients and intermediaries, and
    • Communicating with clients and partners regarding contract terms.
  • Assist in the digital transformation of surety insurance and actively shape your future workplace.
  • Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the design of business processes and functional requirements.
Your Profile /
  • A completed degree in business administration or a related field, and/or training as a bank clerk or savings bank clerk.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Several years of professional experience in commercial credit insurance or lending.
  • A structured, analytical, and self-reliant work style, along with problem-solving skills and intercultural competence.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit with a high willingness to take on responsibility.
