Deine Rolle

Als Senior Engagement Engineer (w/m/d) übernimmst Du im Rahmen des Front-Offices bei unseren Premium-Engagement-Kunden die zentrale Rolle des "Technical Quality Managers". Als Trusted Advisor sorgst Du für den Erfolg des Kunden und steigerst die Zufriedenheit, indem Du langfristige und enge Partnerschaften aufbaust.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung und Umsetzung einer kundenindividuellen Roadmap zur digitalen Transformation mithilfe unserer Premium-Engagement-Services
  • Orchestrierung zum Aufbau und zur Realisierung von Prototypen zur Förderung innovativer Geschäftsszenarien
  • Entwicklung eines Serviceplans zur technischen Absicherung geschäftskritischer Prozessszenarien und dessen Implementierung/SAP-Landschaft
  • Koordination von Servicelieferungen (insbesondere Positionierung & Scoping) und Nachverfolgung der Ergebnisse/Empfehlungen
  • Durchführung von Business-Development-Aktivitäten sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerung des Kundenengagements
  • Unterstützung des Kunden als Eskalationsinstanz in kritischen Situationen
  • Stärkung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit – intern wie extern

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Betriebswirtschaft und/oder mit technischem Schwerpunkt
  • Verständnis von strategischen Unternehmenszielen, Geschäftsprozessen und Industrietrends, insbesondere Expertise und Verständnis der relevanten Unternehmensprozesse in einer der folgenden Industrien: Fertigungs-, Automobil- und/oder High-Tech-Industrie, Dienstleistungssektor, öffentliche Hand und Energie, Prozessindustrie, Konsumgüter- und Life-Science-Branche, Einzelhandel
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und in der Steuerung von Teams im internationalen Umfeld
  • Analytische Problemlösungskompetenz und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise gepaart mit ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Begeisterung für technologische Innovationen und disruptive technologische Trends
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP Business Technology Plattform, S/4HANA oder Solution Manager sind wünschenswert
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
