EU Retail Channel Placement Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our EU Retail Channel team as a Placement Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the achievement of our EU Retail Channel business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the EU Retail Channel team to support the development and implementation of business strategies.
- Support the team with top-notch presentations and files coordination, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators, including ROI tracking and sales data analysis in Tableau.
- Support the team in analyzing sales data and identifying clear actions for local Key Account Managers.
- Coordinate and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings and customer meetings, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
- Support the execution of central program implementation, including the coordination of events and activities.
- Contribute to the development of the quarterly Retail newsletter, highlighting key achievements and initiatives.
- Support the preparation of customer-specific reports, analyzing sales and marketing data, and recommending actions.
- Track and monitor the timely execution of deadline-driven activities on a European level, including NPI, forecasting, and AOP submission.
- Participate in the planning and execution of events, such as customer visits and Retail bootcamps.
- Share best practices and knowledge with the team, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written. German skills would be a benefit.
- Structured and solution-oriented person with a strong analytical mindset.
- Self-driven, reliable, and collaborative personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills, with experience in creating engaging PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to monitor execution of activities by measuring and reporting on activity and campaign results.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales tools, including Salesforce, Tableau, and Oracle.
- Interest in driving and coordinating projects, with a passion for trade-marketing and online-marketing data analysis.
- Consumer Electronics Industry interest and knowledge would be a benefit.
