In this capacity, you will set the communication goals and devise strategies to effectively engage our executive team, collaborating with leadership stakeholders to comprehend their objectives and create forums, digital platforms, and key communication initiatives.
- Lead the global engagement of executive leaders by utilizing forums and communication strategies to cultivate a sense of community and alignment across the organization.
- Design and execute a comprehensive communication and engagement strategy, including a roadmap and calendar tailored for this target audience.
- Coordinate high-level virtual and in-person events for senior executive leadership, collaborating with the Campaigns & Events team and other partners to establish agendas and content.
- Encourage digital community participation among this audience.
- Provide consultation and guidance to executive leadership regarding their enterprise communications.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree preferred or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate, employee, or business communications.
- Proven ability and comfort in engaging with and advising top executive leadership.
- Demonstrated success in delivering results in comprehensive and/or change communication roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills, particularly in developing innovative communication strategies in a dynamic business environment.
- Excellent proficiency in English writing; proficiency in German is an advantage.
- Outstanding planning and organizational capabilities, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Innovative mindset, eager to develop and implement new ideas and solutions to enhance engagement.
- Significant adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust work plans as necessary.
