Key Responsibilities

As a Product Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual design of our offerings. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams, including product managers, developers, and fellow designers, to produce user-focused designs that align with both business objectives and user needs.

Core Duties:

  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to grasp project aims, user requirements, and business targets
  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests to collect insights and feedback
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate and communicate design ideas
  • Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually engaging, and consistent with our brand identity
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder evaluation
  • Refine designs based on feedback, usability testing outcomes, and evolving project needs
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs that meet specifications
  • Stay informed about design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies
Qualifications

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Development, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing your design expertise
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma is essential, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch being advantageous
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
  • Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into effective design solutions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Experience in responsive web and mobile application design
  • Background in designing for financial services and/or web3 and blockchain technologies
  • A passion for crafting exceptional user experiences
