- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external partners, including suppliers and cross-functional teams, to achieve sustainability targets and drive procurement excellence.
- Digitalization and Resilience: Drive the further digitalization of procurement processes and develop resilient sustainability strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Internationality and Network Building: Act as a role model and proactively lead the sustainability of exchange traded commodities, working in an international team.
- Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or materials science.
- Experience: Extensive experience in physical metal markets, including refining and electrolysis, and sustainability management.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of metal products, including manufacturing technology and materials science.
- Commodity Market Knowledge: Excellent commodity market knowledge and broad know-how of relevant procurement and supply processes, including negotiation abilities.
- International Experience: Previous international experience, intercultural adaptability, and experience working in global teams are desirable.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and delivering complex ecosystems and networks within business and SCM dedicated functions.
- Language Skills: Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are required.
- Flexible Working Arrangements: 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard.
