Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in sales and negotiation OR a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent).
- Fluency in German and English at a professional level is essential.
- A self-starter with the ability to work towards goal delivery as best practices are developed.
- Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
This role requires collaboration with accounts across multiple jurisdictions, with a primary focus on German and English.
- Sales Execution: Collaborate with virtual team members to identify customer business needs and contribute to solution development. Build an external stakeholder network and implement strategies to accelerate and close security opportunities.
- Business Value Selling: Identify and engage with key business contacts to uncover new security opportunities, understanding customers' business and technology priorities, governance, decision-making, and budget processes.
- Technical Expertise: Initiate security discussions with business decision-makers, sharing best practices and competitive insights across solution areas while acting as a subject matter expert.
- Sales Excellence: Collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts, conduct competitive analysis, forecasting, and business analysis to target high-potential customers.
- Cultivate Microsoft's Culture Priorities: Work with peers and the organization to promote excellence in culture, focusing on Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing, Sustainability, Giving, and Learning.
