Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing payment runs, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable independently, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Process payment runs, bank and credit card transactions, and cash management, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing valuable insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Create provisions and accruals, and assist with fixed asset accounting and intercompany reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to various reports and prepare sales and statistical reports, providing actionable data to drive business growth.
  • Participate in projects and process optimizations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Potential involvement in financial controlling, providing strategic guidance and support to the finance team.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in financial accounting.
  • Relevant experience in financial accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Proficient in MS Office and good English skills.
  • Self-initiative, reliability, and strong numerical comprehension.
  • Structured and meticulous work style.
