In Ihrer Funktion als Projektleiter (m/w/d) fungieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen den Anforderungen unserer Kunden und der Softwareentwicklung. Sie tragen die Verantwortung für Projekte in allen Phasen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Bei uns begleiten Sie die Geschäfte eines IT-Dienstleisters im Kontext von Entwicklungsprojekten und tragen aktiv zum Gesamterfolg bei.

Aufgaben
  • Sie realisieren mit Ihrem Team anspruchsvolle Software- und Beratungsprojekte zur Erstellung von Websites, Apps und weiteren digitalen Produkten unter Anwendung geeigneter Methoden.
  • Sie überwachen kontinuierlich Zeit, Budget und Qualität und verhandeln gemeinsam mit dem Kunden Anpassungen im Projektverlauf.
  • In komplexen Situationen und einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld behalten Sie stets den Überblick und sind der Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden.
  • Ihre Kommunikationsstärke ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zu erkennen und die Leistungen unserer Projektteams entsprechend auszurichten.
  • Sie gewährleisten eine umfassende Projektdokumentation.
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit IT- oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Bezug (z.B. Online-Marketing) oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Marketing.
  • Interesse an IT-Projekten.
  • Kenntnisse und/oder Zertifizierungen in der SCRUM-Methode sind von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
