Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Manz AG. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the technical management of customer and development projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the technical aspects of projects, including the development of technical specifications and the coordination of technical teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
