Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Fostering the growth and success of your new travel brand.
- Establishing relationships with local partners to create unique travel experiences.
- Designing exceptional trips that will delight your customers.
- Ensuring your website showcases your trips in an inspiring manner.
- Collaborating with the Ventura Marketing team to effectively reach the right audience.
- Focusing on customer satisfaction by providing world-class service that meets their needs.
- Recruiting and leading a team to achieve these goals and ensure sustainable growth.

- Several years of experience in travel or tour operations.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Data Studio.
- Experience in team leadership.
- Proficiency in one or more languages relevant to your target market.
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
