We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Entrepreneur to join our team at Ventura TRAVEL. As a Travel Entrepreneur, you will be responsible for developing and growing a new travel brand within our company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a business strategy for your new travel brand, including market research, competitor analysis, and financial planning.
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners and suppliers to create unique travel experiences for our customers.
- Design and develop travel packages that meet the needs and preferences of our target market.
- Manage and maintain a website for your travel brand, including content creation and social media marketing.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote your travel brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Lead and manage a team of travel professionals to support the growth and development of your travel brand.
- Proven experience in the travel industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with local partners and suppliers.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement a business strategy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Data Studio, with experience in using CRM systems like Hubspot.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
