Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Team Leader of approximately 25 employees in the Metal Processing department, you will ensure that your team performs optimally in a two-shift operation and that modern manufacturing processes are in use.
• You will create budget plans, monitor costs, and take appropriate measures to efficiently control costs.
• In close cooperation with Factory Engineering, you will design the further development of the machine park and the introduction of new technologies in your department.
• You will regularly discuss performance indicators with various interfaces, such as the factory management, quality assurance, or maintenance.
• You will also be responsible for the qualification of employees and the adherence to standards and quality requirements.

Requirements:

• A completed technical vocational training in the field of metal processing (e.g., industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer, toolmaker, construction mechanic) with further training as a master or technician, or a higher qualification.
• Several years of experience in metal processing, (first) leadership experience, and an employee-oriented leadership understanding.
• You are proficient in common office applications, particularly spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation creation (we use Google Workspace).
• Fluent German language skills, with a desire for basic English knowledge.
• You approach problems in a structured, solution-oriented, and methodical manner.
• You are characterized by your confident demeanor and persuasive abilities, both among employees and at the management level.
• Team spirit and innovation, to introduce new technologies and methods, complete your profile.
