Exciting Opportunity as Team Leader in Metal Manufacturing

  • Lead a team of approximately 25 employees in the pre-production area of metal processing to ensure optimal performance during shifts and the implementation of advanced manufacturing techniques.
  • Create budget plans, monitor expenses, and take appropriate measures to efficiently control costs.
  • Collaborate closely with Factory Engineering to shape the development of machinery and the introduction of new technologies in the field.
  • Regularly coordinate performance metrics with various departments such as management, quality assurance, and maintenance.
  • Responsible for employee training and ensuring compliance with standards and quality requirements.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Technical training in metal processing with additional qualifications in supervision or higher education.
  • Several years of experience in metal processing, including some leadership experience and a people-oriented leadership style.
  • Proficiency in Office applications, especially spreadsheet software, word processing, and presentation tools.
  • Fluent in German, with basic knowledge of English being a plus.
  • Ability to approach problem-solving with structure, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proactive attitude towards implementing new technologies and methods.
