Lead Generation Strategist

As a key member of the Lead Management Team, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement a robust lead management and generation program for Visable. Your efforts will focus on driving marketing qualified leads into both direct and indirect sales pipelines. This role encompasses the establishment of automated Lead Management flows, sourcing leads from external suppliers, and coordinating lead nurturing initiatives.

Lead Management and Regional Growth
  • Create and maintain lead estimation planning and develop a roadmap for lead generation action plans.
  • Develop lead generation strategies with ongoing tracking and analysis of current lead metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation and devise strategies to meet or exceed them.
  • Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to lead estimation and management plans based on market trends and sales performance.
  • KPI: Oversee growth for each region.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders at Visable.
  • Gather all sales-related requirements from stakeholders.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly analyses of lead performance.
  • Share upcoming initiatives with stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Challenge sales performance metrics, particularly focusing on conversion rates.
  • Continuously assess and optimize lead management strategies to align with stakeholder goals and company objectives.
Lead Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Gather and analyze data from various lead sources and countries, creating comprehensive presentations for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reviews.
  • Collect and analyze sales performance data across diverse lead groups, generating concise weekly reports.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance lead generation efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and insights from the data, informing strategic decisions.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine data collection processes to ensure accuracy and relevance of performance metrics.
Paid Leads Campaign Management and Optimization
  • Manage the Paid Leads campaign efficiently.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing lead qualification criteria and workflows, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Strengthen communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including the Online Acquisition team and Customer Acquisition departments.
  • Develop and implement training programs for teams to enhance their lead management skills.
People Management
  • Supervise the student team responsible for Paid leads qualification, establishing KPIs and providing guidance.
  • Manage full-time employees within the leads management team, focusing on performance management and mentoring.
External Data Management
  • Identify data providers for external leads to ensure MQL delivery.
  • Maintain the relevant volume of leads on a bi-weekly basis per country.
  • Analyze the performance of external leads and optimize sources.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality for stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with process automation tools and CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience in data management, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Fluency in both English and German (written and verbal).
