Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger to lead our interdisciplinary teams in providing patient-centered and resource-oriented care. As a Pflegerische Gruppenleitung, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing care plans, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients
• Coordinate and manage staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Monitor and maintain high standards of hygiene and patient safety

Requirements

• Exam. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) with a degree in Pflegewissenschaft/Pflegemanagement or a comparable qualification
• At least two years of experience in a comparable position
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
