We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pflegerische Gruppenleitung (m/w/d) to join our team as a Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered and resource-oriented care on our interdisciplinary stations.

• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement processes and workflows to improve patient outcomes and staff efficiency
• Coordinate and participate in projects and working groups to drive innovation and excellence
• Organize and facilitate team meetings and discussions to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and resources

• Exam. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) with a degree in Pflegewissenschaft/Pflegemanagement or a comparable qualification
• At least two years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
