Job Title: Regional Trainer EMEA

At BASF Coatings GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Trainer EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our Coatings Division, you will be responsible for conducting technical training and ensuring the implementation of our "One Voice Policy" in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for commercial vehicle trainers and technicians in the EMEA region.
  • Work closely with regional CV managers to ensure effective training and skill development.
  • Monitor capability development and initiate measures for further training.
  • Support new developments through application technology validation and benchmark studies.
  • Provide technical on-site support for customers in the EMEA region.
Requirements:
  • Certified master painter with focus on commercial vehicles.
  • At least 5-10 years of professional experience in body shops for commercial vehicles or as an application technician for commercial vehicles.
  • Proficient user of MS Office, digital solutions, and open to using new IT solutions.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
