Human Resources Student Assistant

- Assist members of the German HR Team throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle.
- Primarily accountable for ensuring that administrative tasks are executed promptly and meet high-quality standards.
- Contribute to various projects, particularly in the realms of People Development, Employee Retention, and Recruitment.
- Organize and maintain HR-related documentation.
- Conduct research activities and coordinate diverse projects and events.
- Prepare job advertisements, develop job descriptions, and manage Works Council documentation.
- Support global HR initiatives, including the rollout of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Engage in general administrative duties.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR is preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
- A collaborative team player.
