Human Resources Student Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Assist members of the German HR team throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle.
- Ensure that administrative tasks are completed promptly and meet high-quality standards.
- Contribute to various projects, including those focused on People Development, Employee Retention, and Recruitment.
- Organize and maintain HR-related documentation.
- Conduct research activities and help coordinate diverse projects and events.
- Prepare job advertisements, develop job descriptions, and create necessary Works Council documents.
- Participate in global HR initiatives, such as the rollout of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR is preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
- A collaborative team player.
