About the Role:
CYBEX GMBH is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist for Indirect Products to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for indirect categories, developing and implementing sourcing strategies, and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process for indirect categories, including developing and implementing sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and provide procurement support and guidance.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Drive continuous improvement and stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in procurement.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the procurement team, sharing expertise and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience in indirect procurement, managing procurement projects, and achieving cost savings targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in procurement tools and software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English, good command of German language, minimum B2 level.
