Learning & Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development Trainer to join our team at Picnic. As a key member of our Learning & Development Team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of engaging and inspiring learning experiences for our operational employees and leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Training Delivery: Organize and deliver in-person trainings, workshops, and leadership development programs for our operational teams across Germany.
- Training Design: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training content that meets the needs of our operational employees and leaders.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with operational teams, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery and impact.
- Training Evaluation: Track and analyze training impact, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement to continuously enhance our training programs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in training delivery, design, and evaluation, with a focus on operational skills development.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and full working proficiency in English.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
