Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Führungskräfte, der unsere Inbound Spares und Reparaturverwaltung leiten kann. Der Kandidat sollte über eine umfassende Erfahrung in der Führung von Personal im Montage- und Reparaturbereich verfügen.

Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellung der Reparatur von EM-Systemen, Refurbishment von kritischen Komponenten und Neuerstellung von Baugruppen
  • Planung der Kapazitäten für Ersatzteile auf Basis von Verbrauchsdaten und auf Basis der Zulaufdaten für CPOI (Customer Pre-Owned Instruments)
  • Planung der Kundenreparaturen von Systemen und Komponenten
  • Kapazitätsplanung in Engpässen und Steuerung der Partner und SSC-Mitarbeiter
  • Mitwirkung bei der Definition und Implementierung von neuen In-House-Reparaturkonzepten und -strategien bei Produktanläufen
  • Effiziente Fertigungssteuerung und Durchlaufmanagement auf Basis stochastischer Daten
  • Verantwortung für den WIP-Bestand (Work-in-Progress) und schnellen Fertigungsdurchlauf (Lean Repair)
  • Einleitung von Sondermaßnahmen bei Störungen in der Reparatur
  • Aufbau und Betreuung der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Einführung und Überwachung der Nutzung von SAP und ERP für die Produktionssteuerung
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Kosten in Bezug auf Kostenstellen und Projekt-/Fertigungsaufträge
  • Verantwortung für die Aufnahme, der Prüfung und Angebotserstellung von systemspezifischen Upgrades anhand Kundenanforderungen/-wünschen
  • Führung des Bereichs und Einsatzsteuerung von Mitarbeitern nach Qualifikation und Eignung
Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (z.B. Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Zusatzqualifikationen im Bereich Projektmanagement oder Qualitätsmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Personal im Montage- und Reparaturbereich
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Zusammenbau und der Reparatur von Elektronen- und Lichtmikroskopen oder ähnlichen komplexen technischen Geräten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP und ERP-Systemen zur Produktions- und Prozesssteuerung
  • Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten, um komplexe Arbeitsprozesse effizient zu gestalten und zu optimieren
  • Hohe Aufmerksamkeit für Detailgenauigkeit und die Fähigkeit, hohe Qualitätsstandards zu setzen und zu halten
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit internen Teams, Kunden und externen Partnern zu interagieren
  • Fließend in Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, um in einem internationalen Umfeld sicher agieren zu können
  • Proaktives Herangehen an Herausforderungen und die Fähigkeit, schnelle und effektive Lösungen zu finden
  • Starke Führungsqualitäten mit der Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu leiten, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen
