Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable for designated companies
  • Record all financial transactions accurately
  • Assist with year-end closing processes in collaboration with tax advisors
  • Handle various tax-related matters, including VAT returns and corporate taxes
  • Support the team with asset accounting tasks
  • Oversee the dunning process effectively
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Your Qualifications:
  • Commercial education with a focus on accounting or equivalent qualifications (e.g., training as a tax consultant or financial accountant)
  • Professional experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Fluency in German (C1+) both spoken and written
  • Detail-oriented approach with a strong affinity for numbers
  • Genuine interest in tax-related issues
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
